One such case study shows how Six Sigma was used to improve donor testing. Using DMAIC the Six Sigma team was able to reduce the Incubation Time Tolerance Error (an error caused by exceeding memory limits on a blood testing workstation) by 85 percent, saving the laboratory $28,800 per year. It looks that six sigma is very important.But I only learn it just a short time.To master it is not a easy case.Go ahead for me. |
